We booked this place for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful meal. The meat was delicious, the sauces excellent. Our waitress was smiling, and the whole team was very friendly. There's a great atmosphere in this restaurant. We had a lovely time. I highly recommend it.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to the Ibis hotel next door. It's a really nice place, and the young staff is very friendly too. I had a savory French toast that was absolutely divine; I'd never had anything like it, it was incredibly delicious and very generous. The chocolate mousse for dessert was fantastic! Thank you! L'lmprevu has become a staple during my study abroad trip this summer, and it has certainly not disappointed. We Americans thrive on constant comparisons to other countries. The bitter truth we Americans must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average meal in Europe is far more meaningful than our country designates so. The geniuses now cooking at L'lmprevu are, in this critic’s opinion, nothing less than the finest chefs in France. I hope that in the future I can return to Europe, France, and L'lmprevu hungry for more.

I rediscovered the joy of going to a restaurant! The dishes are delicious and original, and the menu is very varied! There's something for everyone. There were four of us, and we each ordered different dishes. Not a single disappointment; we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! I was going to order a small glass of Chablis, but Yannick recommended a local wine, "L'Avi est Belle," which was less expensive and just as good, if not better. It just goes to show that you can still find restaurateurs capable of creating good, original cuisine at a reasonable price (€27 for the three-course menu—I'll let you be the judge). The icing on the cake is that the owner takes the time to welcome you and joke with you, even though the dining room and terrace are packed. We even had the chance to chat with him at length after our meal. The previous reviews were spot on. A truly wonderful place! Thank you for this lovely experience!
