The meal was enjoyable, but there were many shortcomings in the service. The waitress and waiter were not welcoming at all, and the service was far too slow – 2 hours and 20 minutes for the starter, main course, and dessert, not to mention the dishes that were forgotten. It's definitely changed; I wouldn't recommend it at all. What a shame!

This restaurant has proven itself; it was recommended to me twice during my visit to Agen. I appreciated the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. I was able to treat someone by going there, and I left just as satisfied. The menu offers good quality ingredients and a difficult dessert selection. The only downside is that the servers seem overwhelmed, as the restaurant is unfortunately a victim of its own success.
I highly recommend it for a treat and for finding quality products.

A weekday lunch: The meal was very good, but I've rarely seen such disorganized service! I was served by all the waiters, my dish arrived incomplete, and I had to ask the waiter for the rest. The dishes were served at different times, so no one ate together at the table. Everyone else was able to finish their dessert and drink their coffee except me, who had to wait an extra 10 minutes for mine! (It was a crème brûlée...) What a shame!

Nice little restaurant with good food. The menu is on a tablet, ingenious and very high-tech!
The only downside was the very slow service... and the noise in the restaurant. Otherwise, very good, a pleasant evening.

Tried it for the first time this lunchtime with my partner. Beautiful meats in generous portions. Two perfectly cooked dishes. Pleasant service. Fresh, homemade desserts. I highly recommend it.

Family meal to kick off the holidays, nice atmosphere, it's a shame there were still some Christmas decorations up. An oversight? Quick service, a small surprise on the bill: fries weren't included with the burger! Even though I specifically asked the waitress! And she confirmed they were! A major drawback was the hygiene of the restrooms. I know it's due to other customers, but a good restaurant should check! The floor was so sticky it left a slipper in... Perhaps it was a busy evening, but overall, a mixed experience for us...

A fantastic place that I highly recommend.
Passing through Agen yesterday, we chose this restaurant based on online reviews and we don't regret our choice at all.
From the moment you walk in, the unique style is truly delightful, and the atmosphere is equally appealing.
For our meal, we started with a charcuterie board and spicy sweet potato fries as an appetizer, followed by duck breast Rossini and ribeye steak in its own jus.
Everything was exquisite. L'Imprévu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes as well as some very original combinations. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The service was also top-notch. We will definitely stop by again on our next visit.
