L'Incontournable sur Aix-En-Provence

Absolutely outstanding – service, food and atmosphere.

We had a wonderful lunch with excellent food and service… we were here last year and will definitely eat here again on our next visit!

Cannot argue with food quality but a bit deceived on a few fronts. 1) Lack of choices - which is rather misleading from Google photos because we thought we’d have more choices off the menu but was actually quite narrow to 3 choices of each category with dishes that were almost of similar prices. Feels like we were forced only to spend a certain X amount which wasn’t a pleasant experience for this level of establishment. 2) Waiter kept coming to ask us for our order although we’ve just ordered an aperitif - wouldn’t say anything usually but we noticed it happened to the table beside us as well. Again, feels like we’re being rushed to get on with our meal. So I’m just saying, tread with caution, especially when you know you’re going to be spending 50€ upwards for your meal.

Okay, but nothing special (thawed frozen bread) and expensive. There are other worthwhile places in Aix-en-Provence. Not a must-try in the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence.

Located in a charming square in oldtown Aix. Menu was limited but the entrees we enjoyed were out of the ordinary- great presentation and very flavorful. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Food is truly fabulous, we set outside by the fountain and enjoyed a really provencal evening. Don’t forget to order dessert! The Yuzu one…

The host sat us by a small fountain; very romantic hearing the water and under a canopy of trees. The food was just spectacular, and I do not say this after. If you going to Aix en Provence, réserve now!

A romantic meal by the fountain... So beautiful... The food was delicious, too! Especially that fried pulled pork...🤍 I went for weekday lunch without a reservation.
