Very friendly but... I ordered a steak, a lot of nerve, a little elastic, my mother asked for a minced steak, it was overcooked. The other guests found the burgers quite good, the fries were delicious. I found it average for 20€ a piece! Plus I really don't like clearing my plate myself. I recommend it for fans of a fast food atmosphere with beautiful American decor because it's really nice. But for my part I won't come back, it's not my cup of tea

It's been a few months now that with my wife, afterwork on Fridays in this very nice place where the staff are charming, the food is quality, all with good music. In short, between friends, colleagues or in a smaller committee, I recommend "the unusual": the team is really very nice, I repeat!! 😜

La Taverne Limoges - Table de caractère

20/08/2024: €4.50 for the grand crème I find the price excessive because the service is not necessarily there. The cup has coffee spills, and the table is unfortunately not cleaned. The coffee is unfortunately cold. We can note the very pleasant lounge side of this place.
09/07/2024: Coffee on the terrace this morning, while waiting for the train to Paris Austerlitz, terrace nothing more, a little lacking in color. And the service is not too friendly. I'm not boring in general, but a smile does everything. Parisians are often criticized for their coldness, but personally in Paris I have always been served with kindness and kindness 👍 almost everywhere. I hope next time the service will be up to par. This is the way👍

Bistrot D'olivier Ou Chez Olivier

30/07/2024: Visit from May 2024 Very authentic French bistro, where you share the table with others. If you order “formule” (fixed price for pre-determined 2 or 3 course meals), the appetizer will come, you eat as much as you like and when your main dish comes the remainder it will go to another table for other clients to continue to eat… Make sure to have reservation, very busy on lunch time. It’s next to the Limoges’s central market, Les Halles Centrales, a must go place too.
30/06/2024: Excellent restaurant situé dans les halles. Ne manquez surtout pas le pâté en entrée: sublime!! Le service est très efficace et vraiment sympathique. Ce qui peut être surprenant quand ne le sait pas d'avance: on est assis sur des bancs en bois et ce sont des tables de 6 personnes mais on s'y fait très vite surtout lorsque les autres personnes à table sont agréables. En résumé, un endroit à visiter et à retenir!!
