The waitresses are lovely, the place is very pretty and calming, the kitchen staff is super responsive and adapts the dish to my mom's many intolerances (which means it's real home cooking). And the best part: everything is excellent.

We enjoyed an excellent seasonal all-you-can-eat brunch. The dishes are high-quality and the atmosphere cozy. The jams and pancakes are exceptional ♥️. The menu is also suitable for vegetarians.

07/12/2025: We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!

31/03/2026: Baptiste is an artist who loves to talk about his art and share it simply with his guests. The asparagus was divine; the burger, as its name suggests, gourmet. The entremet, a dessert with a well-kept secret. And finally, with the wines, we move from the art to the science of pairing. Thank you.
