This restaurant truly deserves its stars; the service was excellent, attentive, and responsive. The chef even came out of the kitchen occasionally to bring us our dishes. The food was delicious despite its apparent simplicity.

A good reason to visit Clermont Ferrand is to see the Michelin Man. But, many visitors will wonder on how he became rotund and his favourite restaurant? This is it, no Michelin star BUT really superb food, a great wine selection and excellent service, a thank you to all for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended and reservations essential

While passing through the region during our vacation, we discovered this wonderful restaurant. The welcome was warm and very friendly. The crème brûlée with Fourme d'Ambert cheese was delicious, with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavor. As for the main course, the meat was cooked to perfection, and for my first time trying aligot, I wasn't disappointed. The meal ended with an excellent strawberry-pistachio mille-feuille.
A truly great place that I highly recommend.
