By (happy) coincidence, the chef of the "À Table Juju" chain, to which I subscribe, is the chef of this restaurant, which is near my family. The passion is evident in every dish, the expertise, the flavor—everything is a delight, and so authentic. And what a welcome! I come from Marseille at least twice a year, and now L'Instantané and its entire team are part of the trip. Thank you again for this culinary festival and the wonderful atmosphere! Reservations are highly recommended!

Excellent experience. The waiter (Kader) is friendly, smiling, and generous. The dishes are well-balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prices are reasonable. The dining room is pleasant, and even though it's small, it feels comfortable. Not recommended for families with children, but perfect for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. Reservations are highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. The dishes were PERFECT!
They looked amazing, and the flavors were delicious. Thank you to the chef and his assistant.

Excellent bistro-style restaurant! A very warm welcome, a smiling and extremely friendly owner. We came as a family. The homemade pâté en croûte we chose as a starter was excellent, and what can I say about the melt-in-your-mouth beef, braised for 12 hours in a casserole dish with its rich jus: pure bliss! 😋 It was simply exquisite: the promise of a melt-in-your-mouth texture was fulfilled, and what flavors! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The children's menu was also top-notch. 👍 My husband chose the ribs and he loved them too. An address I'll definitely keep in mind for a future trip to Clermont-Ferrand. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant!
