It is without doubt my favorite restaurant in Nantes. It's an incredible place, with cuisine using fresh, seasonal products. Accustomed to the lunch menu, it was with emotion that I discovered the evening menu. It's truly gourmet cuisine, at prices that remain truly affordable. The lunch menu is really a great deal, renewed every week, and the evening menu takes us even further, but the desire for generosity and indulgence is always present. Special mention for the braised beef chuck, and the sesame/yuzu dessert. The service is of a very high quality, I would even say of a rare quality, which makes the experience even more exceptional. THANKS.

A truly remarkable choice for dinner. My date and I came here last night. Everything you would want and expect from a fine French restaurant. L'instict Gourmand does more simply than feed you well. It makes you feel comfortable. The staff are fantastic, and the pace of service was essentially perfect. We never felt rushed, and left utterly content. My plea to the staff: don't change a thing. Merci beaucomp!

We went there for a family lunch. This is the second time we have come. The last time being in 2018. Although the service is warm and very friendly, we were disappointed with the dishes which remained at the same level as 2018... The starters were delicious, the main courses good but the desserts disappointing. Especially the mango dome so the biscuit was impossible to cut but at the same time soft...
