Tang Ji Skewers is a place I've been eating at for many years. Sichuan skewers bring me a special kind of joy—no need to agonize over what to eat, just sit down and feast! 😂 Beef skewers and tripe are must-orders, and duck tongue, chicken gizzards, and shrimp are also essential. Grab a bunch of vegetables and mushrooms, cook them as you eat, and it gets more and more addictive. Their side dishes are also plentiful: duck blood, tofu skin, tripe, beef aorta, braised chicken feet… take whatever you like, and often end up with a table full without even realizing it! 🤣 The pig brain and ice jelly deserve special mention.
