An excellent meal. We were served by Thomas who is adorable! Everyone was very caring. There are vegetarian and seasonal options. The back room is less pleasant than the main room. The only downside is that it's quite expensive for a bistronomic restaurant...

Attentive, respectful and very available staff, ready to chat over cocktails and dishes. Little choice but original combinations, very fine and delicate tastes, all for a reasonable price for Paris. A very nice discovery!

The environment is good, but the small room inside is very dark, not recommended, and the corridor smells of fuel consumption. The service staff are enthusiastic and professional. As an Asian, I can't help but feel that the taste is a bit bland, but there are some delicate and novel flavors in the dishes, which I quite like.

Neither the name of the establishment, nor the window, nor the menu displayed would normally have attracted us to this restaurant. However, it is absolutely worth the detour - if there is a detour, because it is located in the very center of Paris, close to La Samaritaine in particular. We were 3 adults and 2 children and the 3 adults that we are were blown away by the creativity and diversity of flavor of the dishes. And unusual dishes, which we would not normally have ordered... a simple example of a starter: mackerel fillet - dried pig's ears. It was excellent, closer to sushi quality than canned mackerel and “cochonnaille”. You should therefore not come with any prejudices about the flavor of the dishes, the preparation being very different from a traditional brasserie type standard. The wine ordered was completely up to the quality of the food, without exaggerated prices - for Paris in any case. In short, an unforgettable experience - and to be repeated - as far as we are concerned.

A journey for taste buds: Mature oyster mushrooms with these black garlic shallots. To finish on fine chocolate waffle tiles with caramel, peanut ice cream and melting chocolate. A wonder Thank you and congratulations to all the brigade who work in front of you discreetly and efficiently.

Wonderful evening for Valentine's Day, the special menu for the occasion was excellent.

We went to liquide and I must say that the guys who work there are all top in terms of service and additionally very handsome which makes the atmosphere very pleasant.
