L'Istanbul Kebab sur Alencon

I came with friends for the first time, and this kebab was touted as the best in Alençon. I admit I had some doubts about their claims, but once I tasted the kebab, I understood. The meat was of exceptionally high quality for a kebab, the condiments were fresh, and the bread had the perfect balance between crispy and soft. The fries were homemade, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste. I think it must have been the oil. It's a hit or miss, unfortunately, you know? The negative point was the sauce. I ordered a white sauce, also homemade, but there was an overpowering aftertaste of mayonnaise. I was annoyed at the time, but it's not a big deal. The service was impeccable, with a big smile from the chef. The prices were standard, and the setting was simple and clean. I'll gladly return next time I'm in Alençon.

Okay, it's nourishing... But all in a very greasy and rather noisy atmosphere.
