Little Resto sur Rouen

Had just arrived from Canada and was looking for a place to eat dinner after such a long journey. Luckily Hoian was still open and they were lovely despite my very broken beginner french. Highly recommend.

It has a very welcoming atmosphere especially the lovely people working there. And the food is out of this world with the taste and value for money with the portion sizes. I would eat there everyday if i could, highly recommend anyone on their way past to go in and try anything on the menu 'cause you wont regret it

The food is flavorful, generous, and prepared with care. Each dish has its own distinct character, allowing you to discover a different facet of Vietnamese gastronomy. A genuine respect for culinary traditions is evident. The service also deserves special mention. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. You quickly feel at ease, like a guest rather than just a customer. The decor, the details of the place, and even the music create a profoundly Vietnamese atmosphere. As soon as you step through the door, a familiar feeling arises, like a little trip to Vietnam without leaving Rouen. For Vietnamese people, it immediately evokes memories of their homeland. For others, it's a wonderful cultural immersion. An authentic place, full of heart and flavor, where I will gladly return.
