Very good restaurant; you won't find better for the price. Quick service, only the friendliness of the servers sometimes leaves something to be desired. But very good value for money.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant for my birthday. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We left completely satisfied and will gladly return. I highly recommend it! See you soon!

It's an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so naturally the food isn't up to the standards of a luxury hotel, but it does the job. The service is quick and efficient, even if some orders were forgotten (you just have to ask again). Truly all-you-can-eat!

After visiting Egast, I was feeling a bit peckish... craving sushi. I went here based on word of mouth. Very good, very fresh, pleasant waitress. And open on a Monday evening... I'll be back very soon, because I didn't manage to try everything.

The freshness of the ingredients, the owner's kindness, and her thoughtful touches (especially considering she was running everything single-handedly – ​​hats off to her!) made our meal truly enjoyable 🍣 Thank you again 🥰 We'll gladly return to Strasbourg's oldest sushi restaurant
05/05/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for years. The sushi menus are very good, and now they also make bento boxes. The service is always excellent. Eat in or take away. We highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, there's a parking lot nearby, making parking easy.

23/06/2026: A happy and energetic place. Very tasty food, kosher and varied, with a dedicated staff, a bit of a heavy workload on the waiters during peak hours which causes a bit of a delay, but the wait is really worth it. Highly and happily recommended
