I have wanted to taste the dishes of this restaurant for a long time and I am very happy with my visit. The welcome is very pleasant, there is a wide choice of dishes and daily specials. I preferred my dish to my friend's tagliatelle with squid ink but it was still very, very good. The tiramisu is excellent and the wine selection is also very satisfying. I will come back :)

A delicious restaurant from starter to dessert. It more than lives up to its reputation and even more! A big thank you to Chef Albano, his wife and the staff who allow this place to be very welcoming.

I love this place, I highly recommend! 🍽 Very pleasant restaurant where the dishes are delicious, as are the desserts which leave a soft and pleasant note in the mouth. The staff are welcoming, helpful and really attentive. A warm place with the red brick of Toulouse, the upstairs has a romantic and discreet atmosphere that will not leave you indifferent. I would go back to Los Estivales. Hungrier than ever!

Belle expérience. Le dîner était excellent (du Bellini 🍸 au tiramisù) et le personnel super 👍🏻 (alors même qu'ils étaient débordés). Cela nous a rappelé notre séjour car c'était bon comme en 🇮🇹🤌🏻 Le restaurant ne saute pas aux yeux, vu de l'extérieur, mais les bonnes adresses se trouvent et se connaissent 😉 Recommandation : réserver impérativement !!!

31/03/2024: Excellent address. Nothing to complain about the service which was perfect, the staff being charming and welcoming. We had the beef breast and fillet, and I admit that I have rarely eaten such tender meats with such well-controlled cooking. The atmosphere is a kind of neo-baroque which I appreciated. Thank you very much for this evening.
