L'Oasis sur Bretignolles-Sur-Mer

Good and unpretentious experience

I went there for lunch with my father during a day trip to Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Located very close to the beach, we received a warm welcome in this typical Vendée coastal setting. There's a large outdoor terrace, but we were seated inside (in air conditioning). The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the food is served quickly. This crêperie-brasserie offers delicious dishes (and that's coming from someone originally from Brittany!). We had a lovely time (a big plus: their opening hours are very convenient), I highly recommend it, and I even kept their card.

For a takeaway order, there was no cutlery and the salad was overly crunchy, but the savory buckwheat crepes were good.

Very good crepes and a nice setting

Simply perfect. A warm welcome and smiles throughout lunch. Something that isn't always the case elsewhere at this time of year. Congratulations also to the Head Chef and the Junior Chefs in the kitchen. The galettes were just superb (Romana, Norwegian, and Breton for our table). We've been coming to Bretignolles for almost 53 years and we didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised again. Congratulations to the whole team and see you very soon.

Delicious crepes where you can choose your ingredients; I recommend the homemade onion compote. Very good cocktails. And charming staff who serve you with a smile.

An unpretentious crêperie. A welcoming team. Simple and quick service. The savory and sweet crêpes were good. Be sure to book a table on the outdoor terrace with a view of the beach and the ocean. Free bike and car parking is just steps away. We had a lovely time with our daughter.
