L'Océan sur Concarneau

It's a bit early to comment on the hotel and/or restaurant's services. I went in simply to inquire about a reservation and was greeted by a smiling and helpful hostess who showed me around the rooms, which I found particularly pleasant (especially the one with a balcony and sea view) and spacious. I've often driven past this establishment without ever stopping. It just goes to show, "opportunity makes the thief." To be continued...

The hotel reception is excellent, the staff are very attentive. However, the restaurant is frankly awful, not the waiters. I make better at home. I tried the Saint Marcellin appetizer, which was basically a measly piece of white bread with melted cheese and a ton of bagged salad. I make the same thing at home. I also tried the chicken supreme with forestière sauce, and it's best avoided. It tastes like mass-produced food, especially considering the €27 set menu (starter and main course) is a rip-off. On the other hand, the hotel is well-located and the staff is impeccable.

We were delighted to find this seaside spot for lunch! We highly recommend it...

A very warm welcome, excellent food, Fair prices for the quality of the products. A place where you come to treat yourself; for us, don't change a thing, everything is perfect.
