L'Oceanide sur Nantes

Excellent restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops and kidneys. I highly recommend it.

This gourmet restaurant offers high-quality products, impeccable service, and reasonable prices. It's no wonder, then, that it has a number of regulars. And above all, the manager demonstrated great professionalism by spontaneously and confidently offering a solution to a Wonderbox issue (which ultimately turned out to be our fault). A place to recommend without hesitation, and a wonderful experience to repeat, if only to try the seafood platter.

We came with a meal voucher. Excellent meal with great attention to detail in the pairings, both fish and meat. And the little pastries with coffee...delicious! We'll be back, but this time we'll order in person to enjoy the full menu. A wonderful surprise!

L'Océanide, with its market menu, offers unbeatable value for money in Nantes. Roasted Scallops Gurnard Fillet Dessert Delicious and reasonably priced, I recommend it.

The starter and dessert were excellent, the main course was very normal for a €50 menu.

The roasted langoustines are delicious and so is everything else. I highly recommend it.

I gave the food 4 stars to differentiate it from a Michelin star, for example, but the food, and especially the fish, is excellent. It's well done, cooked to perfection (it's actually in the cooking of the fish that you see the mastery of a chef), and rather well presented. And it's been going on for over 20 years without a single false note. We can only regret that there isn't a meal between the 35€ and the 69€ one. There's still a gap. Likewise, the wine prices are a bit excessive; I calculated a margin of around 4. For the rest, if you want to go to a restaurant where you can be sure of quality, you can count on L'Océanide.

The setting is a bit dated, but the food is really good. Attentive and responsive service. I recommend this place.

Everything was very good except the turbot, which was overcooked and not very fresh, and the sauce was a bit heavy. The wine was delicious. Value for money...let's forget it...

A very pleasant time spent in this restaurant. Only one person to serve, but very efficient and friendly. The cuisine is on par with many Michelin-starred restaurants. A special memory for the open-faced blue lobster ravioli! The counter is superb, and so is the ceiling. I'm not from Nantes, but I'll make sure to come back.
