We just left the restaurant at 3:15 PM, but having arrived at 12:20 PM, this means my husband and I spent three hours at the table for five courses. I find this unacceptable. The meal itself was delicious, and the desserts were excellent—not too sweet and with a very pleasant touch of acidity. However, because of this excessively long wait at the table, I cannot recommend this establishment. We arrived very relaxed and left feeling stressed.

So, in our personal opinion, the first part of the meal, the amuse-bouches, was delightful. We were less convinced by the marinated mullet. The brill and veal were very well cooked and flavorful, and the desserts, in our opinion, were less sweet and more acidic and bitter—in short, pure bliss! So, a fine culinary experience.
But, and there is a but, that day (and I hope for future customers that it was just an "off" day!), the service was excruciatingly slow! Three hours for five courses! A punishment! As a result, the atmosphere around the tables was a bit gloomy.
On the other hand, the waiter was incredibly kind and attentive.

Everything was perfect. From the location (with its view of St. Maclou church) to the service and the food, we had absolutely no complaints! I highly recommend opting for the wine pairing to make the experience even better.

Excellent restaurant, the service is very good, and the staff, both front of house and in the kitchen, are attentive and kind. The food is excellent; our culinary, olfactory, and visual journey was a wonderful experience. Our silver wedding anniversary celebration was a great success.
A big thank you to the entire team. A fantastic place to recommend.
