Nice tasting route with pairings that clearly invite you to a great getaway. We were very receptive to the table that the chef offered us in her 7-course menu preceded by caviar on crayfish tartare. We keep a precise memory of beautiful flavors as we might remember the details of an exceptional trip.

We had an exceptional time. It was an explosion of flavors from the beginning to the end of our meal in a serene and very friendly atmosphere. 31/03/2024: High quality creperie (among my top 3) Don’t hesitate to take a detour if Rouen is on your route or if you spend the day there to discover the “Fabrice’s touch” Quality products, good quality crepe/galette. Cozy atmosphere in one of the most emblematic districts of Rouen. Note that they are open on Sunday evening
