We started with the 5-course menu, but it was so delicious and enjoyable that we switched to the 7-course menu, and the staff and chef were very understanding and responsive 🤗 Our first favorite was the amuse-bouche, the Livarot tart, which was absolutely sublime, silky smooth, and full of character ❤️ The two desserts were also a hit. The bold use of acidity was followed by the wonderfully nostalgic and comforting chocolate. Thank you again for this timeless experience 🌺

We discovered this wonderful restaurant for my husband's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the chef's creations. Each dish was a delight, a feast for the eyes, a delightful surprise for the palate! Excellent value for money as well. We highly recommend this exceptional place.

Refined cuisine Excellent food and wine pairing

A superb experience, refined and elegant, and a lovely touch for our wedding anniversary. Since the meal was a surprise, which added to the enjoyment, we only regretted not remembering all the dishes. Perhaps a description could be sent afterward? And I'm dreaming of finding the "pepper mill."

A very nice place, but the service was disorganized. We arrived without wine, and the table wasn't wiped down even though they had put water on it. It didn't live up to the restaurant's star rating; it wasn't worth the money in our opinion. Disappointed.

This is exactly what I traveled 5,700 miles to experience. Elevated, authentic, haut French cuisine. I loved the balance between focusing on simple ingredients/dishes like the butter or honey while also including highly technical, aesthetic, and creative dishes based on traditional Normandy staples. This will be an experience I will always remember, that all other meals, especially of French cuisine, will be compared to. My Julia Child moment, if you will. It is also worth mentioning that the service was also excellent: everyone was not only the utmost polite and well mannered, and just generally nice, but they were also knowledgeable about every dish and ingredient, and took pride in this cuisine. Another exemplary aspect of this meal. While not really the most important part, in case customers are wondering: come hungry. you will be full at the end of 7 courses.
