The restaurant L'ODAS deserves two Michelin stars.
The quality and delicacy of the dishes, their presentation, and the staff are exemplary.
The colors, materials, and lighting of the upstairs dining room are perfect and far superior to those on the ground floor. Dinner at L'ODAS was enchanting.

This was truly an exceptional dining experience. Every course of the 7 course tasting menu was superb! A memorable meal indeed and the price was also easily commensurate with the high quality and flavor / execution of the food. L’Odas is a special place and Rouen is lucky to have it.

Friendly, intimate atmosphere with seating for about twenty. The tables were a bit worn.
The food had interesting flavors, but the hot dishes were a little slow to arrive. The cuisine was inventive and featured local ingredients.

So, in our personal opinion, the first part of the meal, the amuse-bouches, was delightful. We were less convinced by the marinated mullet. The brill and veal were very well cooked and flavorful, and the desserts, in our opinion, were less sweet and more acidic and bitter—in short, pure bliss! So, a fine culinary experience.
But, and there is a but, that day (and I hope for future customers that it was just an "off" day!), the service was excruciatingly slow! Three hours for five courses! A punishment! As a result, the atmosphere around the tables was a bit gloomy.
On the other hand, the waiter was incredibly kind and attentive.

We just left the restaurant at 3:15 PM, but having arrived at 12:20 PM, this means my husband and I spent three hours at the table for five courses. I find this unacceptable. The meal itself was delicious, and the desserts were excellent—not too sweet and with a very pleasant touch of acidity. However, because of this excessively long wait at the table, I cannot recommend this establishment. We arrived very relaxed and left feeling stressed.
