A very pleasant place, attentive yet relaxed service, a moment of relaxation and a journey of flavors. The waitress's presentations and explanations were much appreciated. You need to have the time and take it; the terrace area is understated and chic without being over the top. It's nice to eat well without taking yourself too seriously. The bill can quickly add up if you have a drink or two. One point for improvement: the white meat could have been more flavorful, but otherwise it was a very nice discovery. I recommend it.

No menu, but a surprise tasting menu, like a flavorful culinary journey. Dietary restrictions are, of course, taken into account. The cuisine is very creative and refined, blending local produce, Occitan flavors, and Japanese influences. Sometimes, the fish dishes featured a few too many flavors, which masked the precision of the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. The service could be a little faster in the transition between courses.

I loved this place. You'll be pleasantly surprised by its location on a small square in Lavaur, and from the moment you step inside, the decor and the warm welcome will enchant you. But above all, you'll discover refined and original cuisine, fresh ingredients subtly prepared and presented harmoniously. The service is attentive, friendly, and very efficient. An address to share for a truly delightful experience.
