The staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is charming. The restaurant's main dining room is beautifully decorated (see photo), and it has a very pleasant atmosphere. It's bright, airy, and very cozy. The indoor bar area and the outdoor terrace are well laid out to create a vacation-like feel. The setting is lovely, with the river right next to it. I didn't stay overnight and I didn't use the spa. But I have no doubt that everything is of high quality.

Pleasant hotel close to the city center on the banks of the Dordogne River. The room on the Dordogne side was very quiet. Impeccable service.

A very pleasant hotel. We received a very warm welcome for the February 14th weekend. The evening menu and service were excellent, with beautifully prepared and presented dishes. The relaxation area is very pleasant, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly throughout. We highly recommend it.

Hello, we spent one night in this hotel. Comfortable, well-heated, clean linens and room. The food was excellent, the Valentine's Day menu was a real treat (the chef should definitely stick to his profession!). Breakfast was also fantastic. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The only slight drawback was the welcome (upon arrival). The young man was charming but a bit shy; he shouldn't lose confidence. If he believes in himself, he'll succeed. (No criticism, just kindness). Overall, we highly recommend this establishment. The Charentaises 😉🤟

18/05/2026: A family outing for 28 people, planned only in the morning for dinner, yet we received a warm and friendly welcome, with excellent service and no waiting between courses. A varied culinary selection, featuring both local and international dishes. They offered adjustments for special diets and the portions were perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal without exception. A huge thank you again!

25/05/2026: Two-day stay for a day trip 🏍. Simple but clean hotel. Good value for money. Motorcycle parking available in the garage for €5. Friendly welcome
25/05/2026: We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is vintage but very clean and in excellent condition. The bedding was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good (we didn't leave hungry, quite the opposite). The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money.
