Excellent stay at this hotel. A very warm and friendly welcome, a beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable room. Thank you also for the thoughtful touches, which are always appreciated. A truly wonderful place that I happily recommend.

I'm only reviewing the hotel since we didn't use the restaurant. It's a very interesting place: a former 16th-century convent converted into a hotel. The decor is in a 19th-century style with curious details. A grand staircase with a red carpet leads up to the guest room floors. Our room, for five people, consisted of three separate areas and was spacious. It was very clean. It's a very quiet place where you sleep very well. We were able to park right in front of the hotel very easily. There's a market on Mondays, and parking is not allowed. The main square of the village, with restaurants and some shops, is just 50 meters from the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket with a wide variety of products. We got a good price for our family room, and the stay was very pleasant. Since we arrived during a holiday period, we didn't have any contact with the staff. Our keys were ready at the reception desk, and we were able to access the hotel with a code. It's a good option if you're traveling by car and want to visit the area and Carcassonne. The village of Limoux is quiet and pretty and has some interesting places and museums. We liked it.
