Logis l'Occitan Restaurant sur Castres

15/04/2026: The experience didn't live up to my memory of this establishment. I had to skip the amuse-bouche because, being allergic to seafood, I wasn't offered anything else (it's a shame they didn't ask about allergies at the beginning of the meal; yes, it's common practice 😊). The starter was fine; the asparagus prepared in various ways was of good quality. The lamb dish was very well cooked (8-hour lamb), but the meat had a very strong flavor that prevented us from tasting the sweetness of the honey and the aroma of the thyme. As for the dessert: choux pastries with a craquelin topping and caramelized hazelnuts were very good, although a little too sweet for my taste. To finish, we were served petit fours on the bar counter when we paid. In short, a missed opportunity! That's my opinion, and I'm sharing it with you. I do not question either the quality of the products used or the apparent friendliness of the service.

12/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise here in Castres! Also great for fish lovers. Excellent wine selection by the sommelier. The dish was very well prepared and beautifully presented. Lovely decor and pleasant service. Excellent value for money.
