Excellent, friendly and attentive

No air conditioning, no fan—you have to fend for yourself during the heatwave. They don't provide water. The refrigerator is practically broken. No water fountain. They don't make any effort to keep the pool open longer. Some people are forced to sleep outside at night. It's a shame because the facilities are beautiful. The staff is very irritated.

A relaxing stay in a pleasant setting. The wellness area with its swimming pool was much appreciated. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is highly recommended for its quality of food and service. The only drawback during our stay was the lack of air conditioning during this period of intense heat.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was very well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal at the restaurant was also good; the dishes were nicely presented, and the waiter was pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool (size and temperature), and the person in charge provided us with helpful information about the available facilities and also gave us good tourist advice. The reception staff were helpful and offered excellent advice. They were able to answer our questions and meet our needs (providing bottled water, information about the restaurant, and tourist tips). A working TV would be a welcome addition, especially during this busy season! 🚴 ⚽ 🏆 🫠 🫠 With the changing climate, the possibility of upgrading the rooms and the dining room should be considered! In the end, we were very happy with our stay! 👍 😀

The site is very pleasant and the staff are attentive and professional. However, given climate change, it would be wise to consider air conditioning, particularly for the duplex rooms.

Four-star hotel with no air conditioning. Not recommended during a heatwave. The room was spacious but had no ventilation whatsoever, not even natural air; it was impossible to ventilate. I slept two nights on a tiny terrace. No discount was offered. There was no staff in the minuscule bar; you have to order at reception, which is in a separate building. The service was appalling.

Very warm welcome, magnificent room, splendid location, so I really say yes... The breakfast is also great... Didn't try the restaurant... The spa is also excellent, I highly recommend it ++++++ I was there for a bike tour with 2 friends, I will come back with my partner.

We celebrated our wedding at the Loire et Sens restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect, from the cocktail hour to the coffee. The venue is superb, a blend of elegance and nature, perfectly reflecting the atmosphere we wanted for our day. We were welcomed into the restaurant's glass-enclosed area, which was very bright and inviting. The cocktail hour and coffee then took place in the estate's park, under a magnificent sun, making the moment even more magical. The team perfectly executed the décor we had envisioned: centerpieces, menus, favors for the guests placed on each plate… everything was meticulously arranged and executed with great taste and professionalism. Since some of our guests were coming from Spain, we wanted them to experience a venue that reflected our lifestyle in the Loire Valley near Angers, surrounded by slate roofs, vineyards, and local wines. They were completely captivated, as were our families and friends. The service was seamless, the timing perfectly managed, and we were even able to take our wedding photos in the park, without any constraints. Flawless from start to finish, in a setting that was both beautiful and welcoming.
