I wasn't able to enjoy the hotel as much as I would have liked, but I want to emphasize the kindness and warm welcome from the reception and restaurant staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the housekeeping staff. I would have liked to personally thank the person who thoughtfully put away my headphones, which I had forgotten to store. Such honesty and kindness are rare enough to warrant special mention. Thank you so much.

Let's start with the positives...nice location, clean rooms, well-designed and spotless pool area, and a very friendly lifeguard. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are pleasant, and the food is delicious. However...avoid it if it's hot!! The water carafes weren't cold, and outside service was refused even though it was at least 35 degrees Celsius inside...the appetizers and starters were served cold on hot plates...a shame...The room wasn't air-conditioned...this wasn't mentioned on the website or during the booking process...no fan and no bottled water in the room!! The refrigerator was broken, the thermostat was faulty!! In short, a 3-star hotel, not a 4! After checking, air conditioning is mandatory in a 4-star hotel! No exaggeration, it was at least 45 degrees Celsius in the rooms! We made a comment at reception, where they offered us breakfast and three small bottles of water to take away, which was about 10% of the price... This lady was very nice and apparently passed on our complaints. Don't rely on the star ratings; they're not respected in this establishment! However, they certainly are when it comes to the price!! We'd really like to know who decides on the star ratings... there are definitely some special favors going on!! Not even a water fountain on the premises, despite the heatwave!

Four-star hotel without air conditioning. Pleasant relaxation area. Room service not up to standard. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent food and table service. Hotel section so-so, restaurant highly recommended.

A truly beautiful and charming hotel, nestled amidst the vineyards. The wellness area is very pleasant, with a swimming pool and hot tub. The 3 pm check-in allows you to fully enjoy the hotel and then continue with dinner at the restaurant. Special mention goes to the restaurant waiter, who was single-handedly handling the entire service even though the restaurant was full. Despite this, he managed everything from start to finish with great professionalism. Well done to him! The only slight drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant and rooms. Suffering from hyperhidrosis, the heat can be quite difficult to bear, and this sometimes prevented me from fully enjoying the experience. A fan in the rooms would be a real plus. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, and had a superb terrace. The television could also benefit from being upgraded to a smart TV. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay. A charming place we will gladly return to! ❤️

The hotel is in a great location and the building is quaint. Unfortunately, when we arrived by bike, there was no bar service to buy drinks, and the refrigerator in the room was empty and unplugged.

We had a lovely weekend, nothing to do but enjoy this relaxing moment. We'll be back, thank you!
