The agency staff were very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very well located, right at the foot of the slopes as advertised. A few repairs were needed, such as a leaking toilet, a shower tap that needed replacing, and a patio door that needed fixing. Otherwise, we had a great week as a family in Les Menuires.

Our stay was generally pleasant. The apartment was clean upon arrival and comfortable. The access to the slopes was also a major plus. However, there is a significant drawback regarding the management of bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, you are given a bag to carry all the linens. This bag must be collected from a storage area located about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Once full, the bag easily weighs nearly 50 kg, which is extremely heavy and very inconvenient. The walk there and back was particularly tiring given the weight of the bag. It was actually when I returned the linens that I pointed out this problem to the staff. Unfortunately, my comment didn't elicit any real response or any attempt to improve the system. This is truly regrettable, because when you come to spend a few days skiing, you legitimately expect to have bed linen and towels without having to carry such a heavy load over such a distance. In summary, the apartment and its location are appealing, but the laundry organization is a real weakness that clearly needs to be rethought.

We stayed with a group of four for 7 days in Alpages and had a nice stay. The location was excellent, 1 minute to the lift, the car, 5 minutes to ski rental and supermarket. The cleanliness of the apartment could be better, there were some moldy furniture plates in the cupboard. On the first day there was a problem with the toilet which the mechanic could fix very swiftly. All in all was the customer communication great. Of course the space and equipment of the apartment was rudimentary, we still could enjoy a nice ski trip. If you have sleeping problems I wouldn’t recommend the apartment, the beds were a bit worn out. If I would return to Les Menuires, I may decide for the apartment again because of its great cost uitlity ratio.

The apartment has been renovated in a mountain style but is very sparsely equipped, especially in the kitchenette. The owners probably never come. There's no direct access to the slopes; you have to carry your skis across a courtyard for about 200 meters, so be aware of that. As for the agency: disappointing service. We arrived in Les Menuires at 1 p.m. and went to the agency: the apartment wasn't ready, but "we'll call you as soon as it is." Finally, at 4:45 p.m., we went back... "Oh yes, it's ready, but you understand, with the crowds, we didn't have time to call"... well, no, we don't understand. We were there off-season, so there were very few people; I can't imagine the chaos during school holidays. The previous occupants' bag of dirty laundry was left on the apartment landing all week. Service and organization need improvement.

Spacious apartment in a great location. The bedding isn't super comfortable, but that's the only downside.

It's just missing a mirror outside the bathroom to make it perfect!
