Great moment on the occasion of my birthday which delighted the whole family 👍👍. All the dishes were superbly delicious and thank you to the chef for our taste buds 😋😋. Everything was perfect, welcome, service, wine advice, explanations of the dishes and even a very kind attention with the candle for my birthday 🎂.

One of the best restaurants I have ever dined in, both in terms of impeccable gastronomy and meticulous service. I made my food/wine pairings there for the first time, which came out perfectly every time, proof that the formulas are carefully studied. We also made some unexpected but very welcome flavor blend discoveries. I recommend, but be careful with your wallet.

A delicious and pleasant moment for this beautiful starred gastronomic restaurant with its menu ''The seasonal ballad'' to absolutely discover!. The dishes are delicate, harmonious, combining ingredients with new flavors without going too far in originality. My congratulations to the entire team for their impeccable service, and a big congratulations to Chef François Sauvestre, formerly of Georges V, Bristol but also Sources de Caudalie.

Exceptional cuisine, whether in terms of taste or presentation. Discreet and very professional service. The terrace is very good. Reasonable value for money. Appetizers and sweets served in addition. Refined dishes without being too original. An excellent address.

Très bonne expérience. Les plats étaient juste excellents, de bons produits et un bon mélange des saveurs. Le service était très bien également. Si je devais faire un petit reproche ce serait au niveau du dessert qui est allé un peu trop loin dans l'originalité et qui, à mon gout, avec trop de différentes saveurs, partait un peu dans tous les sens . Mais bon, je suis très critique là, n"hésitez surtout pas à aller dans ce restaurant.

Une superbe expérience culinaire. Tout était parfait ! Nous avons pris le menu découverte 4 plats avec l’association mets/vin et nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Bravo au chef qui mérite très largement son étoile !

01/09/2024: Personally I enjoyed it. The dishes were very original, a real search for flavors, well balanced. The presentation is neat and also original. The food and wine pairing was very good, and in perfect harmony with the dishes, it was also a good surprise for me. We were a couple, it was particularly suitable for a romantic dinner. The service is very professional. If you are looking for an original and delicious culinary experience, don't hesitate.
31/08/2024: Everything is perfect. Don't be afraid to take things you're not used to eating, the chef will cook it so well that you'll re-discover the flavor of a dish.
