We had a wonderful time at L’Oiseau sur sa branche! There were 33 of us for my birthday, we were able to sit on the terrace, and the meal was excellent!! Thank you to Justine and the whole team for their attentive service. I've been coming for several months now and I've never been disappointed. See you soon!

For the past four years, we've passed through Saou on our way to our holiday destination. We always stop at L'Oiseau for our morning coffee. But this year, arriving later in the morning, we took the time to have lunch. What a delightful discovery! The dishes were absolutely delicious (my best steak tartare ever 🤤); and the desserts were divine! The service was top-notch, and the terrace was charming and perfectly shaded. Charm, local produce, originality, beautiful and delicious flavors, and a warm welcome! I highly recommend it! Thank you 💥

We stumbled upon this restaurant during our stop in Saou. What a find! The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful evening. We'll gladly return and will definitely share this fantastic place with our friends.

We had lunch there during the Picodon festival. We ate an excellent piece of lamb accompanied by small candied vegetables. The dish was served on antique tableware. It was magnificent. The waitress carved the meat at our table. Very attentive service.

This restaurant on the village square was a delightful surprise. The location, the welcome, the service—everything was remarkable.
