A good, intimate place, good food

On vacation, we tried out the local restaurants, and what can I say about L'Olivade? It was EXCELLENT from start to finish!! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome was perfect, the dining room is rather small but charming. The service was impeccable. In terms of price, it's quite reasonable for the quality of the food served (€38 for a starter, main course, and dessert). A truly great place to remember for our next visit to the Var region; I almost want to say THANK YOU for this wonderful experience!!!

Lunch today with a friend, a perfect 20 out of 10! The welcome was warm, friendly, and attentive to the customers. The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and well-served. The prices were very reasonable for homemade cuisine. There was very little wait between courses, and cutlery and plates were changed with each course. The waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Reservations are recommended. I'm adding to my review because I can't post a second one. This was my first review in May, and my second lunch this month (July 3rd). I wanted to highlight all the qualities of this restaurant: the warm welcome, the attentiveness to customers, the service—words can't describe how wonderful it was. The succulent dishes were beautifully presented and in reasonable portions to avoid waste, yet completely satisfying. Once again, congratulations to everyone for your professionalism and consistently high quality.

Passing through the area, we stopped for lunch with a group of friends at L'Olivade and left absolutely delighted. ♥ The atmosphere is calm and the decor tasteful, exactly what you need for a relaxing lunch with friends. The service is excellent: a smiling, friendly, and attentive team with great recommendations. We even discovered Gambetta thanks to them (a drink similar to Coca-Cola but much less sweet—a great find!). 🥂 On our plates, colorful and visually appealing dishes. I opted for the sea bream as a main course and the strawberry pavlova for dessert. I rarely order fish at restaurants, but I wasn't disappointed: it was perfectly cooked; the accompanying vegetables were well-balanced and the portion was just right. The pavlova was the perfect ending to the meal. 🍓 A special mention for the olive tapenade, which was absolutely delicious! If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be back! We highly recommend it! Many thanks to the chef and his team for this wonderful meal! 🤭

Excellent time spent with friends at L’Olivade. Excellent service (the setting, the beautiful presentation of the dishes… a delight). Super friendly waiter, in short, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We chose the three "carte blanche" menus and it was a true delight from start to finish. A subtle blend of sophistication and simplicity, with fresh ingredients perfectly showcased on every plate. The flavors are precise, balanced, and exquisitely refined. The welcome and service were seamless, relaxed, and exceptionally pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend.
