We arrived without a reservation and we were lucky enough to get a table anyway, so very happy. The boss set us up with great kindness despite my husband who was bothering us, no, I'm just kidding, my darling, whatever... After settling in, we chose our meal and our aperitif which was very well presented with explanations for mixing and drinking it. Throughout the meal, the staff is attentive and attentive to the customer's needs. More water hop carafe comes back full all that you can't find it everywhere. The only downside is that they don't have enough room to accommodate more people. But I will come back without a problem with a reservation this time because I ate very well so take advantage and enjoy yourself at Uncle Sam's

Soirée avec couple d'amis et les enfants au top. Tout le monde a apprécié la cuisine et le service. Belle déco à l'intérieur. Une adresse que l'on va garder précieusement pour une prochaine fois sur Luçon.

Très belle découverte ! Nous sommes venus ici par hasard pour un anniversaire et nous ne le regrettons pas ! Une superbe ambiance avec un patron au top depuis 26 ans. On y reviendra certainement ! Merci !
