I came about five years ago, when the restaurant didn't yet have its Michelin star… and it was already incredible.
I went back last night and frankly: wow. The star is well deserved.
From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is perfectly thought out. The flavors explode in your mouth, the textures are surprising. Even though I don't particularly like fennel or cilantro, I was blown away by the combinations.
And on top of that, the staff is charming, attentive, and truly excellent.
You're swept away from beginning to end. A memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

Not impressed by the experience, despite the highly sophisticated cuisine. The main ingredient, such as foie gras or scallops, wasn't showcased enough. For me, there were too many flavors jumbled together, losing the distinct taste of the high-quality ingredients. The dining room was understated, the atmosphere tranquil, and the service impeccable.

The restaurant had many dishes in aspic or drenched in broth, which I didn't particularly enjoy, but that's just my opinion.
The bill, however, was steep, around 240 euros for two; only the dessert was to my liking; I wouldn't go back.
