I came about five years ago, when the restaurant didn't yet have its Michelin star… and it was already incredible. I went back last night and frankly: wow. The star is well deserved. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is perfectly thought out. The flavors explode in your mouth, the textures are surprising. Even though I don't particularly like fennel or cilantro, I was blown away by the combinations. And on top of that, the staff is charming, attentive, and truly excellent. You're swept away from beginning to end. A memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

Invited last night by a loyal customer of the restaurant, we had the pleasure of discovering a truly remarkable establishment. From the moment we arrived until the final dessert, everything was exceptionally well-executed: attentive yet unobtrusive service, precise presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, and the ability to transform a dinner into a truly memorable experience. Each dish told a story, showcasing evident technical mastery and a generous touch. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exquisite, elegant, and unforgettable moment. A restaurant that more than deserves its reputation.

The restaurant had many dishes in aspic or drenched in broth, which I didn't particularly enjoy, but that's just my opinion. The bill, however, was steep, around 240 euros for two; only the dessert was to my liking; I wouldn't go back.
