Mixed review
In my opinion, the place has no charm.
It overlooks a large, busy road.
Not very warm.
The service is pretty good.
The kitchen too but nothing more. I didn't like that everything was cut into small pieces: the lobster, the beef...
Too much jelly for my taste too
Desserts were good
But overall a little disappointed given the other comments

We had lunch in this restaurant everything was perfect from the aperitif to the dessert frankly this table deserves a detour and taste these dishes what are prepared and served with love thank you chef and above all don't forget the welcome and the service

L'endroit est beau et la cuisine savoureuse . Le service est présent mais un peu impersonnel . Il nous a manqué ce petit je ne sais quoi qui donne envie de revenir dès que que nous avons refermé la porte mais c'est une très bonne adresse . Les noix de st jacques sont à tomber !

Excellent menu reflet avec une mention spéciale pour le lièvre effiloché à la royale.
Service efficace et pas pesant du tout. Très bon accueil.

excellent table a few minutes from tours. The travel menu created by chef Jérôme Roy is a marvelous combination of tastes and textures. the service is fantastic, the welcome given by Ms. Roy as well as the departure are extremely warm. an address never to be forgotten due to the quality of the dishes and the service.
I recommend it to anyone seeking excellence in our gastronomic and service expertise.
thank you to all of you, and thank you to the chef for the late evening discussion.

The quality of the cuisine is excellent. However, the term "restaurateur" comes from RESTORE what seems to have been forgotten by the chef if we refer to the portions served at the table. Obviously we know that this restaurant is not a "road" restaurant but leaving the table hungry is abnormal.

A lot of work, a lot of research into flavors, quite surprising, I found that there were too many spices mixed together, too bad the palate can't take it anymore, to the detriment of the product like lobster which disappears under a flood of ginger spices celery pepper...I'm not happy, it's not at all tasty. The pieces of lobster were the size of my fingernail.
Fortunately there was bread to satisfy my hunger.
