Arriving by bicycle, we were greeted by the staff in the courtyard, who opened a garage for us to store our bikes (a thoughtful touch, in my opinion). We enjoyed a fantastic six-course meal with wine pairings. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the sommelier's wine recommendations perfectly suited our tastes.
Our dachshund mix, Max, was also with us and, like us, seemed to be having a wonderful time. Highly recommended! 🥰 We'll definitely be back! 🫶👍

Based on classic ingredients (foie gras, scallops, chicken, etc.), a subtle touch of spices and herbs enhances these dishes, paired with perfect wines and impeccable, friendly service.

I came about five years ago, when the restaurant didn't yet have its Michelin star… and it was already incredible.
I went back last night and frankly: wow. The star is well deserved.
From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is perfectly thought out. The flavors explode in your mouth, the textures are surprising. Even though I don't particularly like fennel or cilantro, I was blown away by the combinations.
And on top of that, the staff is charming, attentive, and truly excellent.
You're swept away from beginning to end. A memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

Not impressed by the experience, despite the highly sophisticated cuisine. The main ingredient, such as foie gras or scallops, wasn't showcased enough. For me, there were too many flavors jumbled together, losing the distinct taste of the high-quality ingredients. The dining room was understated, the atmosphere tranquil, and the service impeccable.

A lot of work went into the dishes themselves, as well as the accompanying accompaniments. Perhaps a little too much flavor spoils the overall taste. In any case, well done to the team.
