Some dishes were truly excellent, a perfect balance…
but too many details transformed what could have been an exceptional experience into a disappointing one… The service was slow and felt tense, especially for a Saturday night… The wines often arrived after we had already started our meals, a lack of coordination…
And to top it all off, a hair on the plate that didn't warrant any kind of gesture! There was no sense of customer service… what a shame!

Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the after-dinner drinks.
The sommelier suggested an excellent wine pairing, and the service was very attentive without being intrusive.
The only slight drawback, if one had to be found, would be the decor, with its somewhat neutral tones that made the dining room feel a little cold.

A truly delightful lunch today with the 8-course menu... a culinary journey, a delight, and an explosion of flavors in each dish, so delicately presented and explained... all accompanied by excellent, mineral wines to complement the chef's creations... congratulations on this Michelin star! An absolutely remarkable restaurant just outside Tours, where the cuisine reveals incredible finesse and creativity, driven by daring flavor combinations. Each dish is a visual, sensory, and gustatory surprise, enhanced by masterful cooking techniques and absolute respect for the ingredients.
The excellence of this cuisine is magnificently complemented by a truly exceptional service: a caring team (thank you, Guillaume!) that is both warm and impeccably professional, and who passionately describe the dishes.
A must-visit in Indre-et-Loire, where the graceful welcome perfectly extends the magic of the food.
I highly recommend it!

A wonderful discovery! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly attentive. I had called to ask if they could provide a vegetarian menu, and they immediately adapted with a very good one. Delightful surprises for the palate, no disappointments whatsoever, and excellent champagnes and wines!

The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. We came using a gift card, which included a six-course menu. However, despite the skillful preparation of the dishes, we found them lacking in originality and too focused on game.
Nevertheless, the staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful time at L’Opidom. The service was attentive and professional, and the overall experience met our expectations. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients.
However, we did find that there was a certain repetitiveness in the citrus flavors throughout the meal, which sometimes diminished the element of surprise.
I also greatly appreciated the attention paid to my pregnancy, with some menu items adapted so I could fully enjoy the experience. This thoughtful touch deserves to be highlighted. A truly excellent restaurant that we are happy to recommend.

We had a very, very good meal. The waiters were friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients, and the organization was excellent. The service was quick, simple, and efficient. The cuisine was modern, but many flavors were repeated (citrus). It was a shame that only one type of bread was served during this long journey.
