The Orangerie is not really tastefully decorated, with many plastic accessories. You expect something more fitting inside a castle. A missed opportunity in our opinion.

I don't understand this average rating, which doesn't reflect our experience at all. I've never had a near-gastronomic meal at this price point. The service is top-notch, the setting is magnificent, and the dishes are refined and beautifully presented. The pleasure of the palate matches the visual appeal. A truly wonderful experience. Congratulations to the entire team and thank you for this lovely moment.

We had a wonderful lunch at the orangery of the Château de Cheverny. I had a croque monsieur and my husband had duck parmentier. The decor was superb and the food was delicious, not to mention the dessert. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, with a lovely touch of humor. We'll definitely be back for our next visit! Vacationers from the Pas-de-Calais (department 62)

It's a lovely place, I've been here twice. It was comfortable off-season, not crowded. During peak season, we waited in line for 20 minutes and then barely found a place to sit down and grab a bite, so you need to plan your time for that, too.

The price was a little high, but given the setting and the quality, it wasn't a problem. The setting is simply magnificent, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious.
