Excellent restaurant in the small village of Gumieres, on the little square opposite the church. The menu featured an original starter, salmorejo, a tomato soup with fried pearl onions—a delight! The aioli is highly recommended, as is the melon soup with its creamy sauce. Kudos to the cook, and thank you for the warm welcome. A place you'll definitely want to return to. 🤗

A restaurant well worth the detour. A warm welcome from Alexis and Sarah, young people who deserve to be encouraged and who bring life to the village of Gumières. A menu that changes monthly, with three choices of dishes. Excellent value for money. We never tire of these delicious meals. Don't hesitate to go and try it for yourself!

A wonderful discovery in the small village of Gumieres, this restaurant, run by a young couple, offers delicious, well-prepared dishes cooked to perfection (kudos to the cook!). For starters, we tried the chicken pie and the egg mayonnaise, which, with its flavor, was reminiscent of the dishes from old-fashioned brasseries when they actually cooked their food properly. For the main course, the slow-cooked pork tenderloin was served with lemon rice. The dessert was original: a chocolate cake (thankfully without the usual frozen molten center!) topped with a delicious pistachio cream. The set menu is €19.50! Kudos for the warm welcome, the food, and the value for money. A place worth supporting.
