L'Orée du Site sur San-Gavino-Di-Carbini

One of the best restaurants in Porto-Vecchio. The welcome was incredible. The chef is phenomenal. An out-of-this-world rum selection. A truly wonderful evening.

A slightly bohemian and over-the-top restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered aubergines à la Bonifacienne, reminiscent of our eggplant parmigiana but with a more local twist. For our main course, the porc was incredibly flavorful and tender (and not overly fatty, as is often the case with pork); we truly enjoyed it. Finally, we tried the local chestnut dessert, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a few pieces of strawberry...it was amazing! The prices were a little higher than we're used to in Italy (but nothing outrageous). I don't know if it's comparable to other restaurants in Corsica, but we highly recommend everything we ordered from A Furtezza! The service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry and had a pleasant evening in this unique place.

A small, shaded garden is ideal for outdoor baby changing. The tables are well spaced, providing plenty of privacy.

Great restaurant with a beautiful setting. We eat in the shade under the trees. Without asking, waitress Klara brings water bowls for the dogs. Those who love animals love their customers. The langoustine dish is super good. Truly a magical restaurant with wonderful people.

A pleasant setting, quality cuisine, that's undeniable. However, the service was slow, and a dish of charcuterie was forgotten. We were persuaded to try a veal chop instead of a veal with olives...we were tempted and frankly it was delicious...on the other hand, the price, which wasn't announced, was less so! 45 euros for a veal chop...a ​​bit hard to swallow. Too bad
