Lou Caçairot sur Dax

For the second time we dined in this restaurant. We took the menu for 33€. It was delicious and filling. As a starter, very good Landes salad with foie gras, hot gizzards, ham, duck breast and salad with pine nuts. We had the butcher's cut as a main course, served with mushroom sauce and new potatoes, delicious and perfectly cooked. Dessert, chocolate fondant and pear variation. Very good. All served with a glass of wine of your choice. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere cozy as we like. We recommend it and will return.

If we take into account the fact of eating well and eating very good in the term "gastronomic restaurant" then this restaurant does not have to be ashamed of this name We had a very good meal without waiting between courses for a very reasonable price considering the service.

Very nice restaurant. Refined cuisine, very good service. Looking forward to going there in summer to discover the patio.

Great welcome, Doesn't look much from the outside but once inside the atmosphere is very pleasant. Fresh and homemade products, everything is really very good (the Landes salad was excellent, absolutely nothing to say). Impeccable service, discreet, available and good advice. We will return with pleasure. Very pleasant moment.

Cuisine excellente et raffinée ( je vous conseille la souris d agneau et le gaspacho de fraise en dessert !!) Personnel très aimable . Ambiance calme comme j aime . A refaire sans hésiter. Très bon restaurant

Nous ne sommes pas de la région, mais nous avons très bien mangé, personnel était sympathique et accueillant.
