I walked by the shop and there was a long queue. It should be a famous shop. So I took a try. I ordered a socca. It is too salty for me. Sorry, Nothing special. Just a try if you like the salty food.

I'm not sure why this place has a lower rating but they had great mussels for just 11€ and you get a side of fries. The seating is very limited and they have some outdoor seating as well as a little bit of indoor seating on the opposite side so just a warning, would probably be better to go during so more "off times". The broth for the mussels was amazing.

Fast and effective service, they speak English and serve you very well and with attention. We ordered Socca, a sardine and onion pie, pizza and a portion of fries. The food is great and super fresh, but the portion is a little small. The place is super nice, but the room across the street with tables and bathroom is not intuitive. I loved!

One of the many places in Nice to eat socca, the local specialty. Here you can find it discreetly, together with other small specialties for a quick snack that you can eat comfortably seated in the room opposite. Be careful, they won't add pepper as usual, because you can find it on the tables and you can dose it to your liking. There is also a toilet, very useful, but unfortunately we didn't find it very clean

The food is quite disappointing to be honest. The socca was served in room temperature and the pissaladiere was very bland. They pre made the food and heat it up in the oven when you order, so it's not fresh. Do yourself a favor and try nicoise food somewhere else to save the disappointment :(
