Booked well in advance, but a wonderful, ultra-gastronomic experience in a friendly setting and with a real homey atmosphere. It took us 10 years to come, but we won't wait that long to return.

We had the pleasure of discovering the Auberge du Pinatou 13 years ago. And since that day, we have become devoted fans of this inn. A wonderful discovery in Solignac-sous-Roche. At Lou Pinatou, you come not only for the food, but also for everything else: meticulously prepared cuisine, seasonal produce, a genuine attention to the garden… and the view that accompanies your meal. I loved that it was gourmet without being stuffy, with carefully presented dishes, sometimes surprising, but always clear and easy to understand. A great place to take your time, treat yourself, and discover another side of the Haute-Loire region.
