I ate beef bone marrow and pork pasta, and they were all
It was delicious. In particular, it was my first time trying bone marrow dish (os à moelle), and the richness and flavor were incredible. It was served with escargot, so even though the ingredients and visuals were unfamiliar, it was so delicious that I scraped every bone from the bone. It felt like the deep, rich flavor of the beef bone soup had been condensed into a solid form.
I felt really good thanks to the owner who was so kind that he explained the menu written in French step by step in English from start to finish.
It was the best experience I had in quiet Bomre Mimosa at the end of February, and I think it will be remembered for a long time.

J'ai été ravie de découvrir ce restaurant. Nous avons été bien reçus par notre hôte , il est très sympa et naturel. Au niveau du repas, je dis bravo au cuisinier, les entrées comme les plats sont excellents. Je vous conseille de découvrir ce restaurant, vous ne serez pas déçus.
