Three of us discovered "Lou Regalou" last Saturday, and we were all thrilled. Usually, we hesitate to go to a restaurant because we cook a lot, and as a result, it's often not as good as at home. Here, the cuisine is excellent, regional. Absolutely everything is homemade, even the duck pâté offered as a starter was a remarkable experience. The light spices that seasoned it had a length on the palate comparable to a very good wine. Everything is remarkable, fresh, and excellent. The chef is passionate, with whom we wanted to share a lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
