The food is excellent. But we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes before being served the first course. Luckily, it was the only course before dessert (which was also excellent). It's inconceivable. The owner replied, "It's busy..." In that case, Madam, please book an extra meal on Saturday evening. It's a shame because of this wait (which seems to be a recurring problem). I won't be going back.

Passing through this village for one night, we decided to eat at this restaurant after several recommendations. A very elegant restaurant, with sophisticated and delicious dishes. We had a lovely evening. The owners are delightful and come to chat with you during your meal, explaining the origins of the ingredients. A special mention for the sangria, which was a real winner! 🍷

Bold, refined, and expertly executed cuisine. One drawback: the waitress could be more discreet, especially when dining as a couple. The poor sound quality, excessively loud, and the musical choices are inappropriate for the setting, making the whole experience completely incongruous. It's like eating caviar at a carnival. We would suggest installing a small hi-fi system, two speakers in the dining room, and playing soft, discreet background music so that the establishment lives up to its cuisine: refined!
