Bold, refined, and expertly executed cuisine. One drawback: the waitress could be more discreet, especially when dining as a couple. The poor sound quality, excessively loud, and the musical choices are inappropriate for the setting, making the whole experience completely incongruous. It's like eating caviar at a carnival. We would suggest installing a small hi-fi system, two speakers in the dining room, and playing soft, discreet background music so that the establishment lives up to its cuisine: refined!

We had a wonderful evening from aperitif to dessert – a real treat! Everything was homemade, simply delicious and flavorful. Furthermore, the waitress and chef were exceptionally kind and shared their expertise with passion. Thank you again for this delightful experience; we will definitely be back.
