A wonderfully warm and friendly welcome; the owner puts everyone at ease, making for easy and pleasant conversation. 14/02/2026: My partner and I spent Valentine's Day at Phan Brignoles. It was fantastic. He was very friendly. And as a cook myself, I have nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend it.

18/03/2026: Found it by chance a month ago. The very kind manager found us a table for two even though it was sold out. We were able to eat some delicious crepes (they're quite large, but I overdid it). I highly recommend it if you're in the area. (Better to book.)
