Hello and thank you for your warm and friendly welcome. Excellent value for money. The very quiet establishment perfectly lives up to its 4-star rating. Minor imperfections could be resolved if management simply took the time to test their own services: For example: Having breakfast and other meals only to realize that the food wasn't hot enough. Another example: Spending a night or two in a few rooms to correct the placement of some equipment. It must be said that the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job. This is just my personal opinion. What a brilliant place to spend a ski vacation! - Staff is very welcoming, helpful and professional - Location is great - ski-in/ski out makes the distance to the lift irrelevant and if you want to get to the center on foot, there's a free shuttle every 20 min or it's a 15 min walk. - Food quality and variety is fantastic. Breakfast is more or less the same every day, but dinner did not repeat in 7 days. - Spa is great especially after a long ski day. A very descent massage can be booked on top of it. - Room is pretty well thought - enough storage for everything, coffee table is a huge plus. Bed was comfortable and cleanness was remarkable. - Comfortable ski room with enough storage for everybody and boot hangers in each locker. - I didn't face ANY of the annoying little things that are fairly common if you travel a lot (like keys not working reliably, shower doors leaking etc). Literally none.

We stayed as a family for one week at Hotel Ours Blanc. We had such an amazing trip outside of the five star skiiing which is the absolute best in Europe. Hotel Ours Blanc was a fantastic hotel for families, spotlessly clean, exceptional and friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate us with various requests including a birthday cake. The hotel is ideally located ski in ski out and they have a great system set up with the local ski rental shop with drop off and pick up ski equipment which made ski hire hassle free.The location in Les Menuires is ideally located ski for families as it is central but not in the middle of the town so quiet at night time. I would highly recommend Hotel Ours Blanc and thank all the staff for a memorable holiday.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. Special mention to Irene in the restaurant, who was incredibly attentive, and Meline at the spa, who gives divine massages and is absolutely lovely.
