Very nice hotel, very well located close to the slopes. Everything is magnificent: restaurant, common areas; swimming pool, sauna and hammam: at the top We appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff (whether at reception or restaurant) Beautiful room, very well cleaned (we don't emphasize this often enough) Excellent quality of food, but small complaint not enough choice at dinner, the starters were essentially the same every evening, and often the dishes were empty and it was necessary to wait very long minutes to be able to help ourselves. Our big regret was that our room was very noisy in the evening (for about 3 a.m. until 11 p.m.) apparently this came from the kitchens located just below, given the standard of the hotel this should not happen, and another negative point the "shared" balcony we don't really have any privacy since neighbors can come and go as they please and it's impossible to leave the French window open. We had a wonderful stay. All the staff are very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The spa is very pleasant with its breathtaking mountain view, not to mention its bar area with fireplace. Human-sized hotel well located near the ski slopes. The reception and catering teams are charming and always ready to meet our expectations. the establishment has numerous superbly appointed relaxation and entertainment areas and an aquatic area with indoor/outdoor swimming pool and spa with a direct view of the Pointe de la Masse. The little extra for skiing, partnership with a rental company which takes care of dropping off and collecting the equipment rented on site and the possibility of obtaining ski lift passes at reception with ease. Also note the beautiful layout of the “ski locker” area, well thought out and very clean. The catering is of a good standard and the breakfast very varied. the housekeeping is otherwise impeccable. A brief, very good stay in this establishment that lived up to our expectations. A big thank you to everyone for the conviviality and good mood.

Superb hotel, comfortable, warm, cozy with different spaces around a beautiful fireplace. Very beautiful Panorama. The whole team welcoming and attentive. Very good breakfasts and meals. Beautiful Spa also very appreciable after a day of skiing. In short, highly recommended!

Several stays over many years and the services are always as cordial and professional.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is perfect, close to the center but quiet, and the spa is welcome after skiing. The stay is fabulous thanks to all this and a gesture from management without having asked for it. We will come back with pleasure, the positive reviews perfectly reflect reality!
