A very very nice restaurant , fully deserving its Michelin star but also welcoming and unpretentious. The dishes were beautifully dressed, the service efficient and friendly (even by the young guy who obviously hadn’t started long ago!) and the sommelier offered nice advice. The terrace setting is particularly pleasant on a nice warm evening. Prices very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

Toute petite salle d’une vingtaine de couverts, une décoration sans fioriture, de bon goût mais pas non plus géniale ! Très agréable accueil du responsable de salle, alliant professionnalisme et simplicité tout du long du service. Cuisine très goûteuse, précise et maîtrisée par le jeune chef qui vient saluer en fin de service avec simplicité et retenue. Une soirée très agréable dans une ambiance sympathique Dommage qu’il n’y a pas une terrasse digne de ce restaurant étoilé. Très bon rapport qualité / prix Nous reviendrons en Février pour une soirée Truffe

Hello to the fine faces of all regions... Very good culinary time spent today in this beautiful establishment. Congratulations to the staff and managers for the very professional and particularly jovial welcome. As for the total bill for 9 people, we are all delighted and unanimously sure to come back next time. D Combe.....

Very refined restaurant with impeccable service. However, 5 euros per carafe of water seems excessive to me. Also 2 glasses of rosé counted at 50 cl on my bill!

A real pleasure to discover this table. From the choice of dishes to the pairing of wines, including juices and cooking, without forgetting the seasonings…. Well, it was an excellent time in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

24/08/2024: Property located above the village of Gigondas in a dead-end valley (start of hikes in the Dentelles de Montmirail) among pine trees and vineyards. Partial view of the Dentelles. Provençal atmosphere with a terrace under the plane trees and abundant greenery. Extremely well maintained, attention to detail and hospitality. We sense a team that has been invested and committed for a long time to the hospitality and catering professions with true authenticity. Relaxed atmosphere, you feel good there and just want to come back. The services are very qualitative, the meal was fabulous, very nice wine list with good advice, top breakfast. A rare place.
