We arrived at 1:30 pm just as he was closing. There were two of us. Thierry greeted us with a big smile. We ordered a tarte flambée and a pizza, both of which were excellent. Being from Alsace, Thierry offers specialties from his region, a welcome change from traditional pizzas. It was a wonderful discovery, and we can't wait to go back. You can go without hesitation; we highly recommend it. The food lives up to the warm welcome.

Discovered La Flambée de Thierry today. I had a vegetarian pizza with eggplant, peppers, and mozzarella: delicious! The crust is thin, and the ingredients are fresh. I usually never finish a whole pizza, but this one was truly delicious. The pizzeria is located right next to the bakery. I highly recommend it!
