A quick, impromptu dinner at La Flambée de Thierry on the way home from the weekend. Excellent welcome, absolutely delicious pizzas (Roma and Forestière), with a thin crust just the way we like it! Fresh ingredients, generous pizzas. Thierry is very generous. Thank you so much!

We received a very warm welcome from Thierry, the owner and chef. The service was attentive and very friendly, and the music playlist was fantastic. And the onion tart was excellent! All this in a pleasant, air-conditioned setting. The pizzas were excellent, especially the crust! Thank you!
