Fantastic place! The chef is incredibly kind and talented! Delicious food is rare in 2026, especially in a pizzeria… (I recommend the Munster flambé with extra minced meat – it's delicious ;)

The owner is in the kitchen and very friendly. We went there to eat a pizza, which in Alsace is apparently called a tart. Perhaps to avoid any confusion, we should talk about both pizzas AND Alsatian tarts, as few people know what an Alsatian tart is, and we were worried we wouldn't like it. In reality, an Alsatian tart is very similar to a pizza; the dough base is the same, at least. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a very thin and delicious crust. We arrived at 1:30 pm just as he was closing. There were two of us. Thierry greeted us with a big smile. We ordered a tarte flambée and a pizza, both of which were excellent. Being from Alsace, Thierry offers specialties from his region, a welcome change from traditional pizzas. It was a wonderful discovery, and we can't wait to go back. You can go without hesitation; we highly recommend it. The food lives up to the warm welcome.

If you have a good appetite, come to Thierry's! It sounds like a slogan, and you won't be disappointed; the food is very generous and carefully prepared. I glimpsed the homemade tarts, which looked delicious, but I wasn't hungry enough to try them.... Thierry and his partner have brought the warm hospitality of eastern France with them. You might even have the chance to taste, as we did, their sangria and the daily special as an amuse-bouche, offered by the owner. The prices are very reasonable.
