Very poor welcome, 15-minute wait to be served cigarettes, the owner wasn't smiling.

I don't share some of the opinions. The waitress was pleasant, we joked around a bit. The food was very good and plentiful. The ice cream was delicious. My son and I had a very good time. I recommend it. I will gladly stop by again on my next visit.

We received a very warm welcome first thing in the morning for coffee, and we came back for lunch. We had a ribeye steak with local ravioli for under €20. The team was dynamic and friendly 😀 A big thank you!

We came to L'Ovale for a family lunch during the May bank holiday weekend. The welcome from the young waitress with glasses was fantastic; you could see how hard she was working, as navigating the pedestrian crossing wasn't easy. Despite this, she took great care of us and always had a smile on her face. The food was also excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed the ravioli and the ribeye steak! In short, I recommend it 100%. See you soon!

05/10/2026: Beautiful setting and warm welcome. The meal was delicious. Attentive service. Everything was perfect. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We will be back! Best wishes to the whole team.
02/10/2026: Pure bliss! A warm welcome and attentive service that touched us deeply. Having arrived from Sarthe, eager to discover this magnificent region and its unique places, as you have so skillfully created, we left with stars in our eyes and… in our stomachs. The galettes and crêpes were very generous (too much for some of us with a sweet tooth, but it was hard to resist!), made with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented. It's a small, intimate place where you're not crammed in, but you have a close connection with the kitchen, the young servers, and the entire team who take the time for each customer. Thank you so much for this wonderful encounter and this magnificent moment. Véro, Patrick, Gérard, and Martine. And all the best to you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
