The chef has changed, and the beef tartare is now served plain, without being marinated or having egg yolk, unlike the previous chef. In this case, we have to bring our own ingredients to prepare it ourselves—capers, herbs, etc.—which makes me not want to go back. And I'm only talking about the beef tartare, which I used to love.

20/12/2025: A brief, non-culinary note to sincerely and warmly thank the entire team at Le Pavillon for their support and assistance this past Wednesday, December 17th, at the end of my lunch break. I am truly sorry for having contributed to the disruption at the end of your service and for having to take my leave in such an unusual way. I'm feeling much better now, which leads me to confirm that we will see each other again soon!

26/11/2025: We've only been once, but we wanted to try it after the change of ownership and we were very pleasantly surprised. I recommend it for those lazy evenings when you don't want to cook.
