A really nice wine bar—finally, a place where you can chat and taste wines I wasn't familiar with! The dishes are generous and perfect for sharing. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

So good we went twice!​ The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and comforting, exactly what you need after a day of exploring the city of Colmar and the Christmas markets. The wine list is impressive, featuring excellent selections that pair beautifully with the food. Speaking of food, the flavors were exquisite on both visits. ​It’s rare to find a spot that combines such high quality with such a welcoming vibe. Whether you are a wine enthusiast or just looking for a delicious meal in a warm setting, this is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We had the 5-course menu and were delighted. It was great value for money. We had celery salad, beetroot, tender meat, fish, and cabbage. The wine selection was also excellent.

The restaurant is very well located, with a tastefully decorated interior, a lovely atmosphere, good wines, and quality cuisine. We spent a pleasant evening there celebrating a friend's birthday. However, one thing really disappointed us: when booking online, we had requested a small decorative touch (such as flowers) to make the moment a little more special. Not only was this request ignored—which we could have understood—but the server made a sarcastic remark, saying there were no flowers and that we could go buy some ourselves. This condescending tone unfortunately tarnished the experience. It's a shame, because the setting and the food are excellent, but the service attitude does not meet the expected standard.

We dined at the outdoor tables in this small restaurant, which we stumbled upon by chance. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and subdued. We chose the "surprise menu," featuring a selection of dishes chosen by the chef. The waitress recommended two glasses of Alsatian white wine (Muscat and Conplantat). Excellent selection. All the dishes (sometimes served with a long wait between each one) were very good, untraditional, and a fusion of different styles. Our favorites? Roasted zucchini, burrata, and chimichurri; Trout gravlax; Beef tataki. The restaurant is very small (no more than 30 seats at a time), but we assume this is the chef's choice to prioritize quality over quantity. And we appreciated it. The only drawback: not being able to choose to eat inside, even though the temperature outside wasn't very high.
