A very good traditional brasserie. The gnocchi were excellent! Very friendly and efficient service. Reasonable prices. It just needs air conditioning to be perfect!

A wonderful discovery! The portions were incredibly generous; I couldn't finish my plate! :) There was just a bit of a wait to be served, but that's understandable given how busy the restaurant was. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to discover Niçoise cuisine, especially if they're with teenagers. :)

Fantastic welcome, great atmosphere, and a huge thank you to Nadia who greeted us at our table this evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the four-cheese pizza, and I had the beef carpaccio served with fries. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice; it's well worth the detour and will leave you starry-eyed and with a delicious meal.

Sat inside bc no reservation, but the food was quite good and this place is popular for a reason. Unfortunately there is a heat wave across Europe and this like most all restaurants in Nice is without completely cold indoor air conditioning.

Not bad, the restaurant is quite large so there's plenty of space, the food is good, and the service is fairly quick. Just a bit pricey (€5.20 for a Coke, I can't believe it!).

A must-try! Niçoise specialties are on the menu, including top-notch ravioli and excellent pizzas. Daube and much more. Lovely terrace out back; the locals know it well.

12/06/2026: I've been going to La Cave Marta since 2012, and it's always a pleasure to return. In a neighborhood where restaurants come and go, this establishment has managed to maintain its strengths: a warm welcome, generous cuisine, and a friendly atmosphere. You feel right at home, whether you're there for a coffee, lunch, or a meal with friends. The quality is consistently excellent, and the staff always takes great care of its customers. A true Nice institution that I highly recommend to both locals and visitors looking for an authentic experience.
