The restaurant is very beautiful with a floor to relax and play billiards.
Well stocked plates and very good! Special mention for the foie gras that I would order from them!! 🤤

J'apprécie venir à L'Union fait la Sauce pour des déjeuners d'affaires car le cadre type "ancienne usine" est atypique. L'endroit est plutôt calme et l'été, la terrasse est très agréable, on ne l'imagine pas en plein centre de Tourcoing ! Quant à la carte, elle change souvent mais est toujours originale et de saison, il n'y a rien à redire ! Enfin, les serveurs sont toujours souriants. Merci pour ces bons moments !

Ravies de notre passage, le poulpe est une pure dinguerie, les saveurs se mélangent tellement bien, le chorizo parfume tout mais sans prendre le dessus, la cuisson du poulpe parfaite, pas caoutchouteux, j ai poussé la gourmandise avec quelques frites et franchement j ai pas regretté, les frites imbibées de la sauce 🤤 une bonne bière, des serveurs agréable, un très beau cadre, bonne musique ... J y reviendrai ! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

Great restaurant the dish is around 20 euros but I enjoy it every time I go there, from starter to dessert and of course the wine is very good. A great address

Very good bistronomic restaurant. The service is friendly, pleasant and efficient. A beautiful atmosphere emanates from this very beautiful place (beautiful decoration, not too noisy even when there are people - the terrace is very pretty). The dishes are very varied despite a "limited" menu (which is a good sign of "homemade") and the quality products are very well cooked. Everything is perfect in this restaurant. But it is only open during the week: impossible to go there on weekends (at the same time, if the team works there all week, they have the right to have their weekend!)

My choice was the octopus. Very well cooked, however a significant lack of heat, and too much presence of chorizo.
Super friendly service, both female and male.
A little too cozy atmosphere, and a lot of lack of readability of the hanging slates.
To do again in the evening as a tapas evening.
