As a military aviator in the Air Force for 25 years, I traveled almost everywhere on the planet, from West or East Africa or Maghreb to the Middle East, from Europe to the Indian Ocean , continents where samosas reign on restaurant menus, it is undoubtedly at Lyd'ile in Colmar that they are by far the best. The only downside is that Lydie keeps the recipe secretly. Congratulations to the kitchen and dining room staff where, despite the crowds, there are always smiles and good humor.
