Discovery of the restaurant during our weekend in Bordeaux. Very warm welcome and excellent meal with a special mention for the fish dish (cod steak and its variation around corn and kaffir lime and its chorizo ​​emulsion)

Friendly welcome, the team works very well, the cuisine is refined, the mixtures of flavors are surprising and well combined, a treat, I recommend it.

Very disappointed, refined cuisine on this discovery menu but too little quantity. The waiter had a stained shirt. Why the peanuts with the veal? Why am I hungry? And to finish we waited 45 minutes for our aperitif... however, very good atmosphere in the room and very good food. Diverse and varied dressing, I recommend for small eaters. (Ps: Do not ask for butter for the cheese because we asked for it without having)...

I'm starting to become a regular and, like every time, I know that I'm going to eat dishes made up of foods that I generally avoid, because I don't like. Turnip, parsnip, artichoke etc... but cooked by these virtuosos, I am amazed every time. And what's more, the price is frankly fair given the quality. For a moment for two, both simple and explosive for the taste buds, this is the perfect place. See you next time...

Everything flirts with 5 stars for this restaurant and yet I'm only going to give it 4 stars. Let me explain : - The 56€ menu in 5 courses is very good, everything is tasty and the sauces are perfect. On the other hand, on fish and meat, there is a bit of a lack of quantity. There should be at least 50% more quantity. - The room is pleasant with the kitchens at the back and the opportunity to chat with the chef when you go to pay.... but why neglect the entrance to the restaurant which unfortunately looks a little cheap, not decorated, and which could be neater. - The service is almost faultless but while the first dishes arrive quickly on the table we find ourselves waiting for the main dishes... we fall back on the bread... Nevertheless to discover... I highly recommend

Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec un menu midi à 25€ comprenant des plats beaux, travaillés et bons. Belle surprise ! Nous y retournerons.
