I don’t know what those who gave low ratings ate and drank, I’m glad I went in at random and ate without reading the reviews. The salmon is GREAT. The waiter himself recommended the wine with the condition that if you don’t like it, you can refuse. Service - top.

Very nice discovery Great experience in this restaurant! The boss who welcomes us with open arms is really great: super friendly, welcoming. We feel that he loves what he does, and that is reflected in the atmosphere and the service. The food was excellent, but it was especially the welcome received that we appreciated. I recommend 100%

The older waiter is rude and arrogant, he looks like he thinks you're not going to pay. I wish I had some courtesy training. So it is better to communicate directly with the youngest, courteous and smiling one. The food was good, Lyonnaise sausages with pistachio, very good although expensive. Wonderful crepes suzette. I don't know if I would return, but I enjoyed it because I got on directly with the young waiter.

The setting is very pleasant, with the covered terrace under the stone arcades and the view of the Place des Vosges.
The food is okay, but far from amazing.
Concerning the service, it is the bare minimum; We take your order, we give it to you, we cash you, period. Smiling should be optional. With the background of the boss watching you and staring at you, seeming ready to pounce on you at the slightest problem.
The prices are exorbitant, even for Paris. The pint is 13 euros.
The size in centimeters of the sausage is unfortunately not proportional to its price of 25 euros, which is a shame.
It is therefore a starter offered at the price of a main course.
Good overall, for tourists only.

The food in this beautiful restaurant is exquisite. The ambiance, and friendliness of the staff is unsurpassed. The restaurant itself sits in the magnificent Place des Vosges. Go. You won’t be disappointed. The lamb chops are exquisite, the rumsteak au poivre, tender, medium rare, and perfect. The escargot were some of the best I have had, and the deserts are to die for.
